Vlad Dobrin

Vlad, a Romanian MD-PhD student at Georgetown with a background in computer science and prior AI research experience, is currently working in Joan Orpella’s neuroscience lab using EEG to identify brain locations involved in auditory processing differences between high and low synchronizers—an effort that advances understanding of how neural synchrony shapes speech perception and auditory-motor integration.
